摘要
为了加强对流量二次仪表计量检定装置的管理,保持计量标准装置在检定周期内的测量准确度,确保其检定结果量值准确可靠,国家站流量二次仪表实验室开展了计量标准装置量值比对实验,设计了比对技术方案和评价方法,其中规定了待测盲样、比对使用的标准器和测量方法,在流量校准、压力通道校准和温度通道校准三个项目上进行比对。比对结果验证了国家站和国家站武汉分站流量二次仪表检定装置计量标准量值的一致性,表明国家站计量标准在检定周期内量值准确可靠,能够满足流量二次仪表量值传递的要求。
In order to strengthen the management of flow secondary instrument flow secondary instrument

period and ensure that the quantity of calibrating results is accurate and reliable, the flow secondary
instrument laboratory in National Station carries out the quantity contrast experiment of measurement
standard devices, designs technical schemes and evaluation methods, among which confirms
the blind samples that to be measured, standard equipments and measuring methods used for contrast,
and contrast is conducted in three projects of flow calibration,pressure channel calibration and temperature
calibration. Contrast results verify the consistency of measurement standard quantity measured by
flow secondary instrument calibration devices in National Station and Wuhan Substation,show that the
national station measurement standard is accurate and reliable in the calibrating period and can meet the
requirements of the quantity transmission by flow secondary instrument devices.
