摘要
建立管道完整性评价系统的目的在于加强管道的风险识别评估,对管道事故进行有效预防与控制。该系统基于管道失效数据模型,并与管道运行环境空间地理信息的完整性评价软件平台相结合,包含管道腐蚀评价、失效评价、安全运行评价、风险识别、高后果区分析等功能。采用适用于长庆油田不同管径规格的含水油管线内腐蚀检测方法得到的数据结果及各管道个体特征数据作为数据基础,并通过对不断变化的系统性风险因素进行评价与挖掘分析,对相应评估体系、模型数据进行持续地自动优化与修正,建立一个动态、循环、不断优化的管道风险评价体系,为管道的安全运行、计划修复、管线更换提供决策依据。
The purpose of establishing pipeline integrity evaluation system is to strengthen the pipeline
risk identification evaluation, effective prevention and control of pipeline accidents. The system is
based on the model of pipeline failure data and is combined with the integrity of pipeline operation environment
space geographic information evaluation software platform,containing the corrosion evaluation
of pipeline, failure evaluation, safe operation evaluation, risk identification, heavy consequence
area analysis,etc.Its data is based on data results got from internal corrosion detection methods on different
specification oil pipelines in Oilfield and pipeline individual characteristic data. Meanwhile,
through evaluating and analyzing systematic risk factors that are continuous changing, the corresponding
evaluation system and data model are continuously and automatically optimized and corrected,
building a pipeline risk evaluation system that is dynamic, cyclic and constantly optimizing, and can
provide decision basis for the safe operation,repair plan and pipeline replacement of the pipeline.
