摘要 对转动设备进行状态在线监测,可以及时预测设备运行趋势,并发现设备存在的故障隐患。采用离散傅里叶变换对转动设备非周期振动信号进行频谱分析,与某些故障特征参数进行比较,可以准确找出转动设备的异常振动成分,判定设备的运行状态和完好状态,提高设备的服役水平。实际采集的信号分析验证了傅里叶变换在轴流泵故障诊断中具有较高的准确度,故障诊断的结果既简单直观又有效可靠,为轴流泵的检修方案提供了可靠的依据。该方法能够提高转动设备的检修效率,有效控制因故障停工带来的经济损失和风险因素。 The condition on- line monitoring of rotary devices can timely predict the device running trend and find faults and hidden danger. Discrete fourier transform (DFT) is used to conduct frequency analysis for the aperiodic vibration signals of rotary devices. Compared with some fault typical parameters, the above method can detect the abnormal vibration parts of rotary devices exactly,determine the running state and sound state of devices, and improve their service level. Analysis of signals that come from the actual collection verifies that fourier transform in fault diagnosis of the axial- flow pump has higher accuracy. The fault diagnosis results are simple, intuitive, effective and reliable, which provides a reliable basis for the maintenance plan of the axial- flow pump. This method can increase the overhauling efficiency of rotary devices and effectively control the economic loss and risk factors that brought by fault-caused shutdown.
