摘要
采用随机对照的实验研究探讨团体正念训练对大学生学业倦怠的干预效果。招募存在学业倦怠的大学生随机分成2组,其中干预组参加持续2周每天1次30分钟的团体正念训练;对照组不施加任何干预。结果显示,正念训练组被试在情绪低落和成就感低两个维度的得分均显著低于干预前(P<0.05);正念训练组成就感低维度得分及总分的前后比值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。团体正念训练可减轻大学生的学业倦怠,不失为一种较好的可推广的能促进大学生学习的重要心理干预手段。
In order to explore the intervention effect of group mindfulness practice on college students' learning burnout problem,the method of controlled experiment was adopted in this paper.A total of 60 subjects who have learning burnout problem were chose and randomly separated into two groups.One is controlled group,the other one is normal group,and each group has 30 subjects.Compared with the subjects in normal group,the subjects in controlled group need to have 30-minute mindfulness practice very day for two weeks long.The results showed that,for the subjects in controlled group,there was significant decline in the values which were used to measure the feeling of low spirits and weak accomplishment sense(P<0.05),and the the value of weak accomplishment sense and the total value of accomplishment sense in controlled group were significantly lower than those in normal group.Therefore,group mindfulness practice is helpful to relief learning burnout,and it is an important psychological intervention approach to improve the study of college students.
