摘要
高校教师职业倦怠作为教师个体职业态度和行为发生负向变化的表征,在当前国家统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设战略等新形势的催化下愈加显著,其本质可归于高校发展认同的危机。基于社会、组织、心理、伦理等向度的倦怠根源分析,从制度优化、心理干预、伦理认同、文化认同等方面探寻高校教师职业倦怠调适路径,以为当下高校特别是创建"双一流"的高校面临的这一共性难题提供可能的范式。
the occupation burnout of university teachers as a characterization of negative changes of individual teacher occupation attitude and behavior is more obvious in the new situation that the country coordinates to promote world first-class universities and discipline building strategy. Its essence can be attributed to the identity crisis of college development. Based on the analysis in the origins of this dilemma in social, organizational, psychological, ethical and other dimensions, this article explores the college teachers" occupation burnout adjustment path from system optimization, psychological intervention, ethical identity and cultural identity so as to provide possible paradigm for the current common problem faced by colleges which constraints the colleges, especially those of creating "double first class" colleges.
