马一浮的六艺论及其现代意义

马一浮的六艺论是其最有代表性的思想。在马一浮看来,六艺可以统摄中外的一切学术,而统摄的关键在于六艺统摄于一心,换言之,六艺之道所蕴含的道德和价值本体是中外学术都不能离开的东西。既然人的根本在于与生俱来的道德本性,那六艺之道就是最高的德性了,六艺之学的目的也就在于回复自己本然的德性。在此认识的基础上,马一浮兴办传统书院教育,强调个人内在修养的根本作用,致力于彰显传统文化的独特价值。其六艺思想具有独特的现代意义。

The theory of liuyi is the most representative thought of Ma Yifu. In his view, liuyi can excise control over all the Chinese and foreign academic. The reason why liuyi can control all the Chinese and foreign academic is that liuyi is governed by conscience, which means the morality included liuyi is the best and indispensible virtue of human.Since the morality nature is the root nature of human and it＇s an inherent quality of people, the morality included in liuyi is the highest virtue of human. We should study liuyi to recover our natural virtue. Based on this idea, Ma Yifu started to establish traditional school Fuxing Academy .He emphasize that individual inner refinement plays an important role in human life, concentrated on demonstrating special value of traditional culture. The theory of liuyi has unique modern significance.
