Fahrenheit 451 presents a dystopian city, where the books are burned whenever found and the future society are rife with automobiles as well as simulacra. Indulged in the pursuit of material pleasure and sign consumption people there have been separated from nature. Inspired by Clarice, the hero of the novel Montag experienced the beauty and power of nature. Ray Bradbury gives a warning that the western superficial consumer society would lead to urban ahenation and destruction and buman beings should hold nature with awe as well as humility.
