摘要
培养农村小学全科教师是破解农村小学教师"下不去、留不住、教不好"问题的有效途径,是提高农村小学教育质量的重要手段。只有明晰农村小学全科教师"热爱农村教育事业、具备全科教育教学能力"的特质,构建"政府主导、师范院校主体、农村小学积极参与"的农村小学全科教师协同培养机制,才能培养出"适销对路"的农村小学全科教师,从根本上提高农村小学教育质量。
Teaching - All - Subjects teachers' training for primary schools in rural areas is an effective way to solve the problem of "unwilling to teach and stay in rural schools" and to improve the quality of rural primary school education. Only if we keep general rural primary teachers' traits of "loving rural education, and gaining general teaching ability" in mind, and build the cooperative training mechanism of general primary teachers with "government - led, normal universities - hosted, and rural primary school participation" principles, can we train "marketable" general rural primary school teachers, and improve the quality of rural primary school education at root.
