助跑单脚起跳发球技术的探讨

A RESEARCH ON THE SKILL OF RUNNING AND ONE-FOOT JUMP SERVICE

本文根据目前排球运动发展的动态,从排球比赛中,发垫两大技术对抗和发展处于平衡的现状出发,通过资料分析,在调研和实践的基础上,对助跑单脚起跳发球这一新技术进行了探讨。

This article, in the light of the recent development of the volleyball sport, gives its major attention to the creative application of the service, in cource of that the skill of sevice is on the same level with that of bump in the volleyball matches. Through analizing materials and on the basis of study and practice the author makes researches on the new skill——runnsing and onefoot jump service, and put foruard his oun vieus and suggestions.
