实验室管理系统中监督体系的设计与建立

Design and Establishment of Supervision System in Laboratory Management System

通过对科研单位实验室管理状况的调研,以及设备使用、实验室开放对实验室管理需求的分析,利用PHP、MySQL、jQuery技术设计了实验室管理系统(LMS)巡视员监督子系统.实验室管理系统提供5种用户模式:访客、一般用户、巡视员、专管员、管理员;其中巡视员模式下的系统负责监督、巡视专管员、管理员的日常工作状况,以及整个实验室的数据统计状况,访客模式实现了人人都可访问实验室的开放目的,专管员与管理员的明确分工有效减轻了实验室管理的负担.B/S结构的LMS系统实现了实体实验室的在线管理,顺应了互联网时代的发展潮流,最终建成巡视员-实验室、实验室-专业实验室、外部人员-实验室、内部人员-实验室之间联系的有效途径.

Through the investigation on the status of laboratory management and scientific research units, analy- sis of laboratory management requirements and equipment use, open laboratory, using PHP, MySQL and jQuery technology to design a laboratory management system （LMS） inspector supervision system. Provide the laboratory management system of 5 kinds of user mode： visitors, general user, inspector, officer and administrator; the daily work in the inspection system under the mode of staff responsible for the supervision and inspection officer, the ad- ministrator and the laboratory data statistics, the visitor pattern to realize that everyone can visit the laboratory open, clear division of labor officer and administrator to lighten the burden of the laboratory management. The LMS struc- ture of the B/S system realizes the online laboratory management entity; comply with the trend of the Internet era, ef- fective way of connection between the final completion of Inspector-Laboratory, professional laboratory, laboratory of internal staff, external personnel-laboratory.
