关节镜技术配合微创处理治疗膝关节创伤的临床疗效研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对于膝关节创伤的治疗采取关节镜技术配合微创处理的方法,观察并探究其临床效果。方法选取110例膝关节创伤患者作为研究的对象并随机分组,将常规的手术治疗方式应用于参照组55例患者,而针对研究组的55例患者实施关节镜技术配合微创处理。对于两种不同治疗方式的疗效进行观察并统计。结果对比总体治疗有效率,相对于参照组(74.55%)而言,研究组(92.73%)取得的效果更为理想(P<0.05);比较Neer评分,结果显示优良率研究组(96.36%)高于参照组(70.91%)(P<0.05);同时统计两组患者治疗以后的并发症产生情况,研究组(10.91%)更低于参照组(81.82%)(P<0.05)。结论临床上治疗膝关节创伤采取关节镜技术配合微创处理的方法,能够将疗效显著提升,同时对于患者治疗的安全可靠性可以获得保障。 Objective Take the role of arthroscopy in the treatment of knee joint trauma technology with minimally invasive treatment method, observation and explore its clinical effect. Methods To choose 110 cases of knee joint trauma patients as the research object and random grouping, conventional surgical treatment was applied to control group 55 patients, and for the team of the 55 patients implement minimally invasive treatment with arthroscopic technique. For the curative effect of two different treatments were observed and statistics. Results Compared with the overall effi- cient, compared with the control group (74.55%), group (92.73%), the effect is more ideal (P 〈 0.05); Is Neer scores, the results showed the excel- lent research team (96.36%) was higher than control group (70.91%) (P 〈 0.05); At the same time, statistics of two groups of patients after treatment of complications, the study group (10.91%) more than the reference group (81.82%) (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of knee joint trauma of minimally invasive treatment with arthroscopic technique measures, can significantly improve curative effect, at the same time for patient safety and reliability can be guaranteed.
