小切口白内障囊外摘除术与白内障超声乳化术在硬核白内障中的治疗效果比较

Incision cataract extracapsular extraction with cataract phaco in hard nuclear cataract treatment effect comparison

目的研究分析小切口白内障囊外摘除术与白内障超声乳化术在硬核白内障中的治疗效果。方法对硬核白内障患者80例进行研究,采用随机数字表法将80例患者分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组患者应用小切口白内障囊外摘除术进行治疗,对照组患者应用白内障超声乳化术进行治疗,比较分析观察组与对照组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1天、1周、3个月视力水平与术后散光度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除术与白内障超声乳化术在硬核白内障中的临床效果相当,但是小切口白内障囊外摘除术的安全性更高,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the analysis of small incision cataract extracapsular extraction with cataract phaco in hard nuclear cataract thera- peutic effect. Methods Hard nuclear cataract patients of 80 cases were studied that using the random number table method 80 patients were divided into observation group 40 cases and control group 40 cases, observation group of patients using small incision cataract extracapsular extraction treat- ment, control group patients with cataract phaco treatment, comparative analysis of clinical treatment effect of observation group and the control group. Results Observation group of postoperative complication rate is lower than the control group, with statistical signxficance （P〈0.05）; obser- vation group of patients with postoperative 1 day, 1 week, 3 months normal vision and postoperative luminosity were no big difference with the con- trol, no statistical significance. Conclusion Small incision cataract extracapsular extraction with cataract phaco in hard nuclear cataract clinical ef- fect, but the safety of small incision cataract extracapsular extraction is higher, is worthy of popularization and application.
