摘要
随着体育产业的全新发展,体育场馆成为体育活动的基本物质保障。随着数字技术和移动互联网的快速发展,体育产业中场馆的经营向电子商务领域的扩张逐渐加速,与O2O商业模式的潜在关联日渐凸显。O2O模式的应用被看作现代服务业新蓝海,但在国内目前鲜有规模且成熟的体育场馆O2O运营实例。根据O2O模式本地化、体验化、重服务、重社交的特点,总结前人和其他服务行业的研究,提出对高校体育场馆开放的服务推广思考,以实现高校、平台运营商和社会、学校体育消费者共赢的局面。
With the new development of sports industry, sports stadiums is becoming the basic material guarantee. Following the rapid development of digital technology and internet, the management of university stadium is expanding to the field of electronic commerce rapidly, which is more and more closely associated with the 020 business model. 020 pattern is regarded as a new blue ocean in modern service industry, but there are few examples of scaled and mature 020 operation stadiums. According to the characteristics of localization and emphasizing on experience, service and socialization, with the conclusion of researched on previous and other service industries, the paper offers the opening and promotion to college sports venues in order to achieve win - win among colleges, platform operators , as well as universities and society sports consumers.
