江苏省青年体育教师适应性水平实证分析

The Adaptability Empirical Analysis of Young Physical Teachers in Jiangsu Province

青年体育教师步入岗位时间短,在教育教学过程中或多或少存在着一些适应性问题,这些都值得青年体育教师关注。本文选取江苏多所高校青年体育教师作为调查样本,运用青年体育教师适应性评价指标体系以及SPSS软件,对江苏省青年体育教师适应性情况展开相关调查研究,同时从人口统计学变量上对不同的性别、教龄、职称以及地区等开展了差异性分析,深入分析了青年体育教师在适应性方面产生差异的原因,以便更好地帮助青年体育教师适应岗位,快速成长。

Young physical teachers has a short working experience, so there are some adaptability problems in education teaching process which should be concerned by young physical teachers. This paper selects some young physical teacher at university in Jiangsu as samples, using youth teachers adaptability evaluation index system and SPSS software as research methods to research on youth physical teachers adaptability situation. Meanwhile, it makes difference analysis on the reasons of different adaptability according to different gender, seniority, professional title and the areas they belong to. The aim is to help young physical teachers adapt to the post and grow up rapidly
