摘要 借助CONQUEROR 460跑台、MONARK 839E功率自行车、Lactate SCOUT血乳酸测试仪等仪器,对受试者进行测试,旨在分析两种不同强度的运动对血乳酸浓度的影响。结果表明:血乳酸浓度的变化与运动强度有很大的关系,进行长时间低强度的有氧运动时,血乳酸浓度均有所上升但变化不是很大;进行短时间大强度的无氧运动时,血乳酸浓度明显上升。 With the use of CONQUEROR 460 treadmill, MONARK 839E power bike, Lactate SCOUT portable blood lactic acid tester and other equipment, subjects are tested to analyze the two different intensities on blood lactate concentration. Conclusions: The change of blood lactate concentration has a great relationship with the exercise intensity. When long lasting aerobic exercises are carried out, the concentration of lactic acid is increased with limitation. Blood lactic acid concentration increases significantly in short time heavy intensity training.
