From Electromagnetic Domain to Cognitive Domain: Psychological Warfare Characteristic Analysis in Electronic Warfare

在对电子战与心理战各自研究重点进行对比,以及心理战的概念与内涵简要阐述的基础上,通过对电子战行动中人的作用分析,展现了电子战背后人与人之间的心理较量,体现了心理战通过电子战手段而发挥幕后作用的特点。在此基础上,结合当前认知电子战与认知通信、认知雷达之间的智能对抗发展趋势,分析了具有认知能力的电子设备所具有的类似于人类的初级心理过程,反映了电子战从电磁域进入到认知域的转变,由此揭示了在未来智能化电子设备的电子对抗过程中电子战与心理战交融发展的特点,从而为后续两个学科之间的交叉借鉴与认知电子战中的博弈研究提供了重要参考。

The research emphases of EW （Electronic Warfare） and psychological warfare are first contrasted with each other. Then the concept and connotation of psychological warfare are explained in summary. The psychological countermeasures between operators in EW are obvious by their function analysis in EW activity. The wire-puller characteristic of psychological warfare behind EW is exposed. Now the developments of cognitive EW, cognitive communication and cognitive radar become more and more popular. The primary psychogenesis occurs in these cog- nitive equipments as similar as human beings too. Therefore, the EW measure steps from electro- magnetic domain to cognitive domain. The characters are disclosed that developments of EW and psychological warfares are mingled for intelligent electronic equipments in future. This is an im- portant reference for these two subjects and game research in cognitive EW.
