Overview of Electronic Countermeasure Operational Effectiveness Evaluation

电子对抗作战效能评估在现代电子战中发挥着重要作用,对评估指标体系及评估方法的研究也取得了大量成果,但是效能评估的可信度依然不高,限制了效能评估的进一步发展。归纳了现有电子对抗作战效能评估的指标体系和方法,提出了当前效能评估的发展难点,探讨了电子对抗效能评估的研究方向。

Electronic countermeasure operational effectiveness evaluation plays an important role in modern warfare. A lot of achievements are made in the research of evaluation system and eval- uation method. But the credibility of effectiveness evaluation is still not high, which are limiting the development of effectiveness evaluation. Some evaluation system and evaluation method are concluded. The development difficulties of effectiveness evaluation are pointed out. Finally, some development directions are discussed.
