摘要 分析整体张拉、单根张拉、单根与整体结合张拉3种方式对CRTS Ⅲ型双向先张预应力轨道板流水机组生产工艺的适应性,试验研究了整体张拉和单根同步张拉对预应力筋张拉力及均匀性的保证能力。结果表明:整体张拉方式不同预应力筋之间张拉力的均匀性、单根与整体相结合方式的张拉效率难以满足流水机组生产工艺需求;单根同步张拉方式能够满足流水机组生产工艺高精度、高效率的张拉要求,但锁紧过程会产生张拉力精度损失,应加强控制。 The adaptability of the three tensioning methods including overall tensioning, single tensioning, single- whole tensioning to flow unit manufacturing process for bidirectional pretensioned prestressed CRTS Ⅲ track slab was analyzed, and the guarantee ability of overall tensioning method and single synchronous tensioning method to the tension and uniformity of prestressed tendon was studied. The results show that tension uniformity among different prestressed tendons with overall tensioning method and the tension efficiency of single-whole tensioning method could not meet the demand of flow unit manufacturing process, the single synchronous tensioning method can meet the requirements of high precision and high efficiency for the flow unit manufacturing process, but the locking process will result in the precision loss of tension, which should be strengthened and controlled.
