急性冠脉综合征血同型半胱氨酸水平与GRACE评分的相关性研究

Study on the Relationship between Serum Homocysteine Level and GRACE Score in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与危险分层GRACE评分之间的关系。方法入选2012年11月至2016年1月确诊ACS患者212例,根据GRACE危险评分患者被分为低危组(≤108分、96例),中危组(109~140分、69例),高危组(>140分、47例),评价ACS患者Hcy水平与危险分层GRACE积分之间的关系。结果 ACS患者Hcy水平低危组(12.17±6.34)μmol/L、中危组(18.63±10.83)μmol/L、高危组(27.39±13.94)μmol/L,三组比较差异有统计学意义(F=19.572,P<0.01);线性回归分析显示Hcy水平与GRACE积分增呈正相关(r=0.672,P<0.01)。结论 Hcy水平对于评价ACS患者危险分层具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine （Hcy）level and risk stratification GRACE score in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）. Methods 212 cases of patients diagnosed with ACS in November 2012 to January 2016 were selected and divided into low risk group （ ≤ 108 points, n = 96）, moderate risk group （ 109 - 140 points, n = 69 ） , high risk group（ 〉 140 points, n ： 47 ）according to GRACE score of danger. And the relationship between Hcy level and GRACE score of risk stratification in patients with ACS was evaluated. Results The Hcy level of patients with ACS was respec- tively（ 12. 17 ±6.34） μmol/L in the low risk group, （ 18.63 ± 10. 83） μmol/Lin the risk group, （27.39 ± 13.94） μmol/L in the high risk group ,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant（ F = 19. 572 ,P 〈0. 01 ）. Linear regression analysis showed that the level of Hcy was positively correlated with GRACE score （ r = 0. 672,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Condusion The level of Hey has certain clinical value in evaluating the risk stratification of patients with ACS
