采用电热板消解法 电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定土壤中八种重金属元素 被引量:7

摘要 采用电热板消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤中的铍、铋、镉、钴、钼、铅、锡、铊8种重金属元素,以HNO3-HCl O4-HF-HCl法消解,确定了最佳消解条件,以^(186)Re,^(115)In,^(72)Ge作为内标,用ICP-MS定量分析,精密度<1.5%,加标回收率81.9%~91.8%,用土壤标准物质进行验证,测定结果与标准值相符。该分析方法快速简单、线性范围宽、分析重现性好、结果准确,适用于大批土样中重金属元素的分析。 Determine concentrations of beryllium, bismuth, cadmium, cobalt, molybdenum, plumbum, stannum, thallium 8 elements in soil by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with electric heating board digestion. Using nitric acid-perchloric acid-hydrofluoric acid-hydrochloric acid digestion. The optimum digestion conditions are obtained, 186Re, 115In, 72Ge are used as the internal standard elements and directly analyzed by ICP-MS. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 1.5%. The recoveries are 81.9%-91.8%. The results are validated by using soil standard substance. This method with good reproducibility and wide linearity is simple and rapid, which is suitable for analysis the metallic element of large batches of soil samples.
