摘要
检测和校准实验室认可准则,包含了食品检测实验室为证明其按质量管理体系运行、具有全部技术能力并能提供正确技术测试结果所必须满足的全部要求。基因扩增是指以扩增检测DNA或RNA为方法的检测技术,适用于从事基因扩增检测领域食品质量检测类相关实验室的认可活动。从实验室和人员情况、管理体系、服务和供应品性能的技术要求、客户服务等方面阐述了管理要求,从人员情况、设施与环境条件、检验方法和数据控制、仪器和设备、测量的溯源性、测试及校准物品的处置、技术结果的质量保证和报告等方面阐述了技术要求。
The testing and calibration laboratory accreditation standards include all requirements that met for food inspection laboratories to demonstrate their ability to operate and provide the correct technical results in accordance with the management system. Gene amplification refers to the detection of DNA or RNA as a method of detection. This study is applicable to the ac- creditation activities of food inspection laboratory in the field of gene amplification testing. The management requirements are e- laborated from laboratory and personnel, management system, service performance and the technical requirements for the supplies and customer service. The technical requirements are elaborated from requirements of the personnel, facilities and environmental conditions, detection method and data control, instrument and equipment, measurement traceability, test and calibration items of disposal, and the results of the quality assurance reporting.
