葡萄酒学相关专业作为近几年的新兴学科,为葡萄酒业的发展注入了不少新鲜血液,我国对葡萄酒专业人才的需求非常大,但是此专业每年人才产出十分有限,所以作为酿酒葡萄主产区,在新疆开设此专业十分有必要。
