2014-2015年中山市黄圃镇心脑血管事件分析研究

Analysis on Cardiovascular And Cerebrovascular Events of Huangpu Town of Zhongshan in 2014-2015

目的分析研究中山市黄圃镇2014-2015年心脑血管事件发生情况。方法选取2014年及2015年黄圃镇辖区内经黄圃人民医院及社区卫生服务中心(包括社区卫生服务站及卫生站)等报告《中国居民心脑血管事件报告卡》的发生心脑血管事件的患者进行分析,收集患者的一般信息,计算心脑血管事件的发病率、标化率等指标,分析不同性别、年龄、婚姻、职业、文化程度、病种等的发病情况。结果中山市黄圃镇2014-2015年心脑血管事件总报告675例,心脑血管事件发生率和标化率分别为457.32/10万和321.79/10万,其中脑卒中和冠心病事件的发生率和标化率分别为389.75/10万和62.17/10万。男性和女性心脑血管事件发生的标化率分别为573.61/10万和327.61/10万,男性发病率要高于女性。随着年龄的增加,心脑血管事件的发生率逐渐上升,60岁以上年龄段人群心脑血管发病人数占总发病人数的78.3%;未婚人群的心脑血管发病人数占总发病人数的74.2%;无业人员人群发病人数占总发病人数的33.6%;初中及以下文化程人群心脑血管发病人数占总发病人数的58.7%。结论心脑血管事件是威胁中山市黄圃镇居民健康和生命的重要疾病,开展心脑血管事件登记报告工作对于采取有针对性的防治和干预至关重要,可为之后该地区心脑血管事件监测工作的全面开展提供重要的理论依据。

Objective To study the occurrence of Huangpu town, Zhongshan city 2014-2015 years of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Methods Huangpu town area of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were analyzed from 2014 and 2015, they were within the jurisdiction of the Huangpu people＇s Hospital and the community health service centers （including community health service centers and health stations）, we collected the general information of the patients＇ report card of cardiovascular and eerebrovascular events in China, calculated the incidence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovaseular events, standardized rate and other indicators, and analyzed the incidence of different gender, age, marital status, occupation, degree of education and diseases types . Results There were 675 cases of Huangpu town, Zhongshan city 2014-2015 years of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events report, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and the standardized rate was 457.32/10 million and 321.79/10million, the incidence of stroke and coronary heart disease events and standardized rates were 389.75/10 million and 62.17/10 million. The incidence rate of cardiovascular events in men and women was 573.61/10 million ard 327.61/10 million, the incidence of male was higher than female. With the increase of age, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovaseular events gradually increased, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in people over 60 years of age accounted for the total number of cases of 78.3 %; the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in unmarried population accounted for 74.2 % of the total number of cases; the incidence of unemployed people accounted for 33.6 % of the total number of patients; the incidence of people with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in junior high school and the following cultural groups accounted for 58.7 %. Conclusions cardiovascular events is an important disease threat to residents of the town of Huangpu Zhongshan city health and life, registration and reporting for prevention and intervention are essential to take out cardiovascular events, provides an important theoretical basis for cardiovascular events monitoring in the region＇s overall development.
