西宁市城西区1981例老年居民健康体检结果分析

Analysis on Physical Examination Results of 1 981 Elderly Residents in the West District of Xining

目的分析西宁市城西区西关社区50岁以上常驻老年居民的健康现状。方法选取2016年8月到10月在西关社区卫生服务中心参加健康体检的老年居民,按性别、年龄段分组,对其空腹血糖、血常规、肝功、肾功、血脂的体检结果进行分析。结果在1 981例参加体检的老年居民中,1 132例血常规异常(占57.14%),1072例肝功异常(占54.11%),103例肾功异常(占5.20%),448例血脂异常(占22.61﹪),209例血糖异常(占10.55%);4个年龄段肾功异常率的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=32.554,P<0.01),血脂异常率的差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.584,P<0.01);男女比较,血常规、肝功能、肾功能的异常检出率男性均高于女性(P<0.01),血脂异常率女性高于男性(χ2=8.691,P<0.01)。结论西宁市城西区50岁以上老年居民肝功和血常规异常检出率高,血脂水平较高,提示社区卫生服务中心应做好体检者的健康指导工作,帮助其养成良好的饮食、生活习惯。

Objective Analyze the health status of over 50-year-old residents in a community in Xining city. Methods Select the elderly people who participated in the health examination in community health service center, categorized by gender and age, analyze the conditions of blood glucose, routine blood test, liver function test, kidney function test, blood lipid. Results Among 1 981 cases of elderly residents, 1132 cases of abnormal blood routine （57.14 %）, 1072 cases of abnormal liver function （54.11%）, 103 cases of abnormal kidney function （5.20 %）,446 cases of abnormal blood lipid （22.61%）, 209 cases of abnormal blood glucose （10.55 %）; The detected rate of diabetes was 10.55 %. There was statistics significance for the abnormal rate of kidney function test among 4 age groups （χ^2=32.554, P〈0.01）. There was statistics significance for the abnormal rate of blood lipid （χ^2=20.584, P〈0.01）. The abnormal rates of routine blood test, liver function test and kidney function test of man were all higher than those of women （P〈0.01）. The abnormal of blood lipid of women higher than those of man （χ^2=8.691, P=0.004）. Conclusions Over 50-year-old residents in west district of Xining city have high abnormal rate of liver function routine blood test, and blood lipid, which indicate community health service center should promote the health educational work, contribute elderly to forming the habit of reasonable diet and lifestyle.
