摘要
目的了解中山市居民土源线虫感染现状,为今后防治措施的制定提供基础数据。方法在中山市辖区内24个镇区,选择4个镇区作为抽样调查点,统一采用改良加藤厚涂片法(Kato-Katz法),检查粪便虫卵,每份样本检2次;儿童蛲虫采用透明胶带肛周粘贴法,每份样本检2次。结果共收集检测了1073份粪便标本,总感染率为0.09%(2/1073),检出一种鞭虫寄生虫。检查男性547人,女性526人,男女各检出1人,感染率分别为0.18%(1/547)和0.19%(1/526)。感染者分布于40-50岁组。职业分布工人和农民各1人。文化程度均为初中组。4-5岁儿童蛲虫共检403份,总感染率为4.22%,男女感染率统计学无差异。结论中山市土源性线虫病已得到有效控制,但儿童蛲虫感染率仍处于较高水平,应加强健康教育及定期驱虫工作。
Objective To understand the infection status of main Soil source nematode in a City, and provide scientific basic data for prevention and control measures. Methods All of 24 townships in Zhongshan municipal districts, 4 townships as sampling points, unified by Kato Katz thick smear method (Kato - Katz), check the fecal egg, each sample check twice, children were using cellophane anal paste method, each sample check twice. Results 1 073 stool specimens were collected to detect the ova, the total infection rate was 0.09 % (2/1073),just whipworm had been find. 1 073 persons' samples were eollocted in the study(547 males and 526 female), the infection rate was 0.18 %(male) and 0.19 %(female) respectively. Infected persons mainly distributed in 40-50 years old group, one was farmer and the other was worker. The cnhnral degree group was the highest in the middle school group, 403 children aged 4-5 years had been check pinworm infection rate, it was 4.22 %, the infection rate had no difference between men and women. Conclusions This City Soil transmitted nematode disease has been effectively controlled, but of Clonorchis sinensis infection rate is still in high level, should strengthen the health education and regular deworming.
