带传动在圆锥破碎机HP500中引起失效分析

摘要 HP500圆锥破碎机是进口设备,采用带传动。在带传动结构中,多次发生严重的失效,其表现有三角带失效;电机轴承损坏;电机轴弯曲变形、扭转断裂。采用现场调查与检修案例相结合的方法,分析历次三角带、电机失效原因。依据带传动机理、相关参数,通过对电机轴伸所受压轴力、力偶矩大小核算、及其矢量简化视图分析,判断压轴力、力偶矩对轴横截面产生应力集中的影响。揭示电机轴弯曲变形、扭转断裂的根源。综合分析失效原因,提出改进措施和建议,延长疲劳周期,保障先进设备HP500良好运行。 HP500 cone crusher is imported equipment with belt drive. In the belt transmission structure,many times of serious failure occurred,which showed the failure of the triangle belt,the damage of the motor bearing,the bending deformation and torsional fracture of the motor shaft. By using the method of field investigation and maintenance case,the failure reason of the triangle belt and motor is analyzed. On the basis of the belt drive mechanism and the related parameters,the motor shaft compression axial force,torque and size calculation,a simplified view of vector analysis,judgement of axial force and torque of couple have the effect of stress concentration on the shaft cross section. The origin of the bending deformation and torsional fracture of the motor shaft is revealed. Comprehensive analysis of the causes of failure,and puts forward measures and suggestions to improve the extension of the fatigue cycle,to ensure the good operation of advanced equipment HP500.
