甘肃省干旱地区抗逆农作物种质资源普查

General Survey of Stress-tolerant Crop Germplasm Resources in Arid Region of Gansu Province

为全面普查和抢救性收集农作物种质资源,2011-2012年采用查阅文献、访问和实地调查相结合的方法,对分布在甘肃省干旱地区10个县/市的抗逆农作物种质资源进行了普查,填写基础信息表格960余张。通过资源普查发现,近25年来出现了气温升高、降雨量减少、农业总产值比重下降、小麦和特色杂粮杂豆锐减、生物多样性降低,抗旱形势严峻、资源保护压力加大等问题。针对这些问题,本研究提出了甘肃省农作物种质资源有效保护和高效利用建议,为科技创新和政府决策提供了基础信息和材料。

General survey and rapid collection of crop germplasm resources were conducted in arid region of Gansu Province,including 10 counties,during 2011-2012. Through activities of referring literatures,visiting and field survey to general survey,we filling out more than 960 basic information forms of stress-tolerant crop germplasm resources. The results showed that in the last 25 years,temperature was rising,rainfall was decreasing,the proportion of agricultural output declined,areas of wheat and minor crops sharply dropped,diversity of crop germplasm diversity decreased,drought stress became severer,and resources protection pressure increased. We had to put forward the effective protection and efficient use of agricultural resources in Gansu Province,to provide the basic information and genetic materials for scientific and technological innovation and government decision-making.
