香港回归祖国二十周年之际，6月22日，重庆市政府副市长刘桂平在中国（重庆）自由贸易试验区建设发展研讨会上表示，香港在高标准高水平国际经贸规则的运用上，是中国（重庆）自由贸易试验区对标的标杆，“我们正在拟定渝港自由贸易港（区）互联互通合作方案。”那么，港渝合作已经达到了怎样的高度？香港自由贸易有哪些特点值得重庆学习借鉴？7月15日，本刊记者就相关话题对香港贸易发展局重庆代表处代表周宏先生进行了专访。
