摘要
以酸洗后的金尾矿为硅源,添加NaOH制备碱熔熟料,加入Al(OH)_3调节硅铝比,通过水热合成法制备了4A分子筛。研究了原碱比、晶化温度对4A分子筛合成的影响。XRD和SEM分析表明,实验制得的4A分子筛结晶性能良好,纯度较高,微观形貌为规则的立方体颗粒,粒度分散均匀且颗粒大小均一,平均粒径约为3μm。
The 4A molecular sieve was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method with the gold tailing as the silicon source and NaOH and AI(OH) 3 as alkaline clinker. The effect of the original base ratio and crystallization temperature on the synthesis of 4A zeolite was studied. XRD analysis showed that the 4A molecular sieves was of good crystallinity and high purity. SEM analysis showed that the micro morphology of the 4A molecular sieves was cubic grain with uniform dispersion and size of 3 μm.
