Evolving online courses and technologies will transform and expand English education. The vitality of English education courses lies in development and application of indigenous cultural resources with unique fea- tures as diversity, profusion. The research will focus on constructing and curating English content grounded on the culture of tourism scenic spots resources through MOOCS, which starts quite experiences of indigenous culture teaching.
