摘要 介绍了一种零VOC(挥发性有机化合物)水性丙烯酸酯-环氧杂化乳液的制备方法。采用FTIR对产物结构进行表征,结果表明:该杂化体系中保留了环氧基团。讨论了乳化剂、引发剂及环氧树脂用量对体系的影响,通过选择适当的乳化剂使得体系稳定。对漆膜性能进行了测定。 The preparation method of a waterborne acrylate-epoxy hybrid emulsion with zero VOC was introduced. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR ) was used to characterize the structure of the product. The results showed that the epoxy groups were retained in the hybrid system. The influences of the amount of emulsifier, initiator and the epoxy resin on the system were investigated. The system was stable by selecting appropriate emulsifier. The performance of the film was tested.
