摘要
介绍了某浅埋过江隧道工程分段围堰筑岛施工技术,阐述了其施工技术原理及工艺流程,重点讨论了围堰施工操作要点,指出围堰筑岛施工将闭口段的水中隧道施工变为陆地上基坑支护、土方开挖和隧道结构施工,基坑内分段施工,段与段之间采用中心岛进行施工连接,大大降低了隧道的施工技术难度,减少了施工安全风险,降低了施工造价,缩短了工期。为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。
The construction technology of segmented cofferdam islands applied to a shallow buried river tunnel pro- ject is introduced in this paper, where the theoretical principles and the construction procedures are summarized in detail and the key operations of the cofferdam construction are highlighted. It is pointed out that, with the construc- tion of cofferdam islands, the construction of the water tunnel with closed section is equivalent to that of foundation excavation, excavation support and tunnel structure on ground land. The construction is segmented into sections in the foundation excavation, where central islands are employed to connect the sections. Therefore, the difficulty of the tunnel construction and corresponding safety risk are greatly reduced as well as the construction cost and period, which provides reference for similar proiects.
