摘要
绩效管理是创新乡镇卫生院管理模式的重要途径,是建立现代激励机制的有效措施。在新医改的大背景下,绩效管理在乡镇卫生院全面实施,在一定程度上提高了乡镇卫生院的效能。但是绩效管理作为一个新事物,乡镇卫生院目前还没有形成科学合理、规范的绩效管理运行机制,在一定程度上影响了绩效管理目标的实现。在分析甘肃省乡镇卫生院绩效管理存在问题的基础上,提出完善乡镇卫生院绩效管理改进措施,为推动基层卫生事业改革提供借鉴。
Performance management is an important methods of creating a new management mode of township hospitals' management. And it is an effective measure to establish modern incentive mechanism. In the situation of new hospital revolution, implementing of performance management in the township hospitals will improve the effectiveness of township hospitals to a certain extent. However, performance management is a new thing, Chinese township hospitals do not have any scientific, reasonable and standardized performance management mechanism yet. It will be difficult to achieve the objective of performance management to a certain extent. Based on the analysis of the problems existing of the performance management in township hospitals in Gansu Province, this paper shows the improving measures of increasing performance management in township hospitals to push the health care reform in grassroots community.
