宁夏某二级医院门诊基本药物应用分析

Analysis on Application of Essential Drugs in a Secondary Hospital of Ningxia,China

目的通过对宁夏基层医院基本药物(以下简称"基药")的使用情况进行分析,以了解国家基药制度在宁夏基层医院的实施情况。方法抽取宁夏某二级医院2014年4—7月的门诊处方,利用Excel 2007和SPSS 19.0软件整理处方数据并作统计分析。结果该院2014年4—7月单处方平均用基药种数分别为1.43种、1.51种、1.49种和1.29种;基药使用率分别为47.08%、47.60%、47.06%和43.64%;月基药销售额的比例占月药品销售额分别为15.90%、16.65%、15.13%和14.85%;前十位最常使用的化生药中有基药6种,前十位最常使用的中成药中有基药1种。结论该院门诊基药的使用率有待提高,应继续加大国家基药制度的实施力度,促进基层合理用药。

OBJECTIVE To study the implement of essential medicine policy in Ningxia primary hospitals through sample prescriptions. METHOD Use Excel 2007 and SPSS 19.0 to input the sample prescriptions which from a secondary hospital of Ningxia from April 2014 to July, and analyze the data by statistic method. RESULT The average number of essential medicine per prescription from April 2014 to July was 1.43, 1.51, 1.49 and 1.29 in 4 months. The percentage of essential drugs prescribed was 47.08%, 47.60%, 47.06% and 43.64%. The constituent ratio of consumption sum of essential drugs to total consumption sum was 15.90%, 16.65%, 15.13% and 14.85%. Six essential drugs were in the top 10 chemical drug~ list and one essential drug was in the top 10 Chinese patent medicines list. CONCLUSION The application of essential medicine needs to be improved by the deep implement of essential med- icine policy to promote the use of rational drug in primary area.
