摘要
对教师教学哲学与教师发展关系的研究,较多关注教师的专业发展,相对忽视教师作为生命个体的生涯发展。从生成教育理论和生成论教学哲学的立场看,教师的教学哲学不是预成的,而是在教师的实践、反思中逐渐生成的。作为教师教学素养核心的个人教学哲学,在其生涯发展的不同阶段表现出不同的形态和特征。教师所形成的教学哲学对于提升教师专业智慧、促进教师的职业反思和推动教师生命优化与超越等,具有重要的驱动作用。
The study of the teaching philosophy and teachers career development conventionally centers on their professional development,but undermines them as individuals.As implied in the related theories,teaching philosophy is not preformed,but is gradually generated in the practice and reflections by teachers.The teaching philosophy shows different characteristics in different stages of their career development,for it plays an important role in promoting their professional wisdom,vocational reflection and optimization and transcendence of their lives.
