装配预制梁承载力试验研究

摘要 为研究企口现浇装配预制梁正截面抗弯及斜截面抗剪性能,制作4根装配预制梁与2根整浇对比梁进行抗弯、抗剪承载力试验。分析装配梁企口形式、位置的不同对其承载力、裂缝开展情况、破坏过程、挠度曲线、钢筋及混凝土应变规律的影响。试验表明:裂缝在装配梁企口处发展较快,企口截面刚度有所降低,装配梁的破坏过程和变形能力与整浇梁相似,开裂荷载和极限荷载与整浇梁基本相同。 In order to study the bending resistance of normal section and shear behavior of oblique section for the precast tongue-and-groove cast-in-situ concrete beam,the bending and shear bearing capacity tests of 4 precast beams and 2 cast-in-situ concrete beams were carried out. The influence of different forms and positions of tongue and groove on the bearing capacity,crack development,failure process,deflection curve,the stress-strain relationship between steel bar and concrete were analyzed. The results showed that the cracks at tongue and groove of precast beam developed rapidly while the section stiffness decreased,the failure process and deformation capacity of precast beams were similar to cast-in-situ beams,the cracking load and ultimate load were also basically the same.
