摘要
超声波作为检测钢管混凝土内部密实度和缺陷的重要手段,在国内工程行业得到广泛的应用。以1∶1足尺圆形钢管混凝土试件为研究对象,对自密实混凝土的脱空缺陷采用超声波进行测试,提出较为准确的脱空缺陷声速判断方法。采用压力灌浆对缺陷进行处理并进行效果验证,最终提出有效的处理方法。
As an important means to detect the compactness and defects of concrete filled steel tubes,ultrasonic has been widely used in the domestic engineering industry. Full-scale circular concrete filled steel tube was used as the research object,the void defects of self-compacting concrete was tested through ultrasonic,and a method for judging the void defect velocity accurately was also proposed. The pressure grouting was used to deal with the defects and the effect was verified,finally,an effective treatment method was put forward.
