600MW亚临界机组中速辊式磨煤机出口温度优化的研究 被引量:4

Study on the Optimization of Outlet Temperature of Medium Speed Roller Mill in 600 MW Subcritical Unit

摘要 采用热重-红外联用技术在空气气氛下对煤样进行热重及CO析出情况分析,得到CO析出规律;对磨煤机出口CO理论析出浓度进行分析,该值与入口风温、出口温度和风煤比有关;在理论计算及实验室分析基础上,现场试验将磨煤机出口温度从80℃提高到95℃,实测磨煤机出口CO析出规律与理论值的趋势相同,各工况下实测最高CO浓度为103.3 mg/m^3,在安全范围内,依此对相关规程提出补充建议。 The TG-FTIR technique was used to analyze the thermal and CO precipitation characteristics of coal samples in an air atmosphere,and the precipitation trend of CO was obtained. The theoretical CO concentration in the outlet of coal mill was analyzed,which was related to the inlet and outlet temperatures and the ratio of coal to air. According to the theoretical calculation and laboratory analysis,mill outlet temperature increases from 80 ℃ to 95 ℃ by field test,and the trend of the CO emission from the actual coal mill outlet is the same as the theoretical value. The maximum CO concentration under different working conditions is 103. 3 mg/m^3,which is within the safe range. Additional suggestions are made to the relevant regulations.
