摘要
以灿烂蓝莓为试材,采收后立即装入贮运微环境气调箱并进行1-MCP处理,当天发速递从浙江邮寄到天津,后置于0℃冷库贮藏,研究贮运微环境气调(气调、气调结合1-MCP处理)对蓝莓冷藏期间果实品质的影响。结果表明:贮藏微环境气调能够延缓蓝莓的好果率、硬度、可滴定酸、Vc含量的下降速率,有效抑制蓝莓的呼吸强度和乙烯释放速率的增加,且对维持蓝莓果实的活性氧平衡具有一定的作用,能够提高蓝莓CAT活性、抑制PPO活性。与气调组相比,气调结合1-MCP处理对蓝莓的保鲜效果更好。
The blueberry samples were collected and stored in storage and transportation microenvironment atmosphere modified boxes with 1-MCP treatment, which were sent from Zhejiang to Tianjin, and stored at 0 ℃ in cold storage. Effects of atmosphere modified and atmosphere modified combined with 1-MCP treatment on quality of blueberry during cold storage were studied. The results showed that the micro-environmental storage could delay the decrease rate of good fruit rate, firmness, titratable acid and Vc of blueberries, inhibit the increase of respiration rate and ethylene production rate of blueberries, and maintain the balance of reactive oxygen species, which could enhance the activity of CAT and inhibit PPO activity in blueberry. Compared with the atmosphere modified group, the atmosphere modified combined with 1-MCP treatment had better preservation effect.
