Determination of 11 kinds of water-soluble vitamins in function beverage and food supplements by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了测定功能饮料、保健食品中11种水溶性维生素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品经简单的提取、离心后,上清液分成两部分进行不同浓度的稀释或净化,得到样品测定液,采用ACOUTITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱进行分离,以甲醇和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测。在最佳试验条件下,11种目标化合物在相应的线性范围内其线性相关系数均大于0.9972,方法的回收率为85.6%~102.6%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~8.8%(n=6)。该方法简便、准确,可用于功能饮料、保健食品中11种水溶性维生素的检测。 A method was developed for simultaneous determinating 11 kinds of water-soluble vitamins in function beverage and food supplements by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The Samples were simply extracted and centrifugation. The extracted solution was divided into two parts for dilution or purification, then separated on a ACOUTITY UPLC HSS T3 (2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.8 μm) column with methanol and 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phases in gradient elution mode, the target compounds were detected by MS detector for electrospray ionization multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Under the preferred test conditions, the linear ranges of the method for 11 kinds of water-soluble vitamins were ranged between (0.05N300)μg/L. The correlation coefficients of 11 target compounds were more then 0.9972. The spike recoveries were between 85.6% and 102.6% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n=6) of 2.6%-8.8%. This method was simple and practical, and could be used for the simultaneous determination of 11 kinds of water-soluble vitamins in function beverage and food supplements.
