高效液相色谱蒸发光散射法测定白酒中8种甜味剂的研究 被引量:22

摘要 建立了白酒中安赛蜜、糖精钠、甜蜜素、三氯蔗糖、阿斯巴甜、阿力甜、纽甜、甜菊糖苷共8种甜味剂同时分离的高效液相色谱-低温蒸发光散射(HPLC-ELSD/LT)检测法。试样经氮吹挥干后用乙酸水(pH4.5)定容,以乙腈和20 mmol/L乙酸铵(pH4.5)为流动相,C_(18)反相色谱柱梯度洗脱分离,蒸发光散射检测器进行检测。试验结果表明,8种甜味剂在(2.0~100.0)μg/m L浓度范围内具有良好的对数线性关系(r^2>0.999),3个不同添加水平的平均回收率介于95.3%~109.6%,精密度试验相对标准偏差(RSD%)介于1.12~2.74,该方法简单快速,适用于批量白酒中8种甜味剂的同时检出。 To develop a method for the determination of eight sweeteners in distilled spirit by high performance liquid chromatography-low temperature evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD/ LT). Samples were dried by bath-typed nitrogen blowing instrument then use acetic acid-water (pH4.5) to constant volume, then the separation was carried out on C18 column through gradient elutition using acetonitrile and ammonium acetate (20 mmol/L, pH4.5) as mobile phase, and the objections were detected by evaporative light scattering detector. The results showed that eight kinds of compounds had good log-linear relationship in the range of (2.0-100.0)μg/mL (r2〉0.999), the average recoveries of those compounds spiked at three levels were 95.3%-109.6%, with the relative standard deviations (RSD%) of precision test ranging from 1.12-2.74. It showed that the method was simple and celerity, which was suitable for the determination of eight sweeteners in distilled spirits.
