摘要
建立了河鲀毒素的胶体金免疫层析检测方法。所建立的河鲀毒素检测方法IC_(50)为48 ng/m L,线性范围为(10~160)ng/m L(y=-0.20lnx+1.23,R^2=0.98)。建立了基于磷酸盐缓冲液一步提取的河鲀毒素快速前处理方法,检测河鲀样本的最低检出限为20μg/kg,平均相对标准偏差<20%(n=6)。该方法适用于热加工样品的检测,整个检测过程仅需10 min,且无需使用大型设备,为河鲀餐前快检提供了有力的技术手段。
A colloid golden immunochromatographic assay for detection of tetrodotoxin was established. The immunochromatographic assay exhibited dynamic linear range for detection of tetrodotoxin from 10 ng/ mL to 160 ng/mL (y=-0.201nx+1.23, R2=0.98) with the IC50 of 48 ng/mL. The detection limit for tetrodotoxin was 20 pg/kg in puffer with the average RSD〈20% (n=6). The assay method which did not need largescale equipment could be applied in heat-processed products. Base on one step extraction method using phosphate saline buffer, the detection time for each sample was 10 min.
