摘要
PBL教学法倡导"以问题为导向、以学生为主体"的核心思想,能将地方院校人才培养和OBE教育模式有机结合。研究发现,PBL教学法在强化学生工程经验、丰富学生工程素养方面是成功的,OBE模式下地方院校"食品生物化学"PBL教学法是一种行之有效的教学方式。PBL教学法在"食品生物化学"实施过程中应贯彻教学方式依版块知识结构特征而异的总体思路,设计的问题必须贴近企业需求和社会产业发展需要,具有科学性、实战性、有效性、可行性,从而达到最佳教学效果。
The core conception of PBL teaching method is "problem oriented, student centered", it can combine OBE education model and talent cultivation in local colleges and universities. Investigations found that PBL teaching method had been successful in strengthening students' engineering experience, and enriching their engineering quality. It is effective as it is adopted in teaching of Food Biochemistry in local colleges and universities under OBE education model. The major points of PBL teaching method implementing in Food Biochemistry should vary with knowledge structures and the designed problems should be highly related with the demand of enterprises and the social and industrial development. The designed problems should also be scientific, practical, effective and feasible. These will make it achieve the best teaching effect.
