摘要 "食品机械与设备"是食品科学类专业的核心课程之一,该课程实践应用性强,传统偏重理论的教学并不能达到培养学生工程实践能力的目标。校企合作是培养应用型专业技术人才的有效途径,在校企合作模式下,采用与企业合作编写培养教材、去企业车间现场教学、邀请企业工程师进课堂等方法,充分利用学校和企业的资源,提高工程实践类人才的培养质量。 Food Machinery & Equipment is one of the core courses of food science and engineering. The traditional teaching method which pays more attention to the theory can't achieve the target of cultivating students' engineering practical ability for this course. University-enterprise cooperation model of teaching is an effective way to train practical technical personnel. Under university-enterprise cooperation model, university and enterprise could work together on compiling training textbooks, on-the-spot teaching method, and inviting engineers into the classroom so as to make full use of the resources from both school and enterprise, and improve the quality of training practical technical personnel.
