摘要 目的探讨低温环境对严重创伤后兔腹主动脉血流速度变化的影响。方法将健康的新西兰兔30只随机分为常温组和低温组2组,每组15只,通过撞击实验产生胸腹部脏器损伤(肝脏、脾脏),建立严重创伤模型;通过彩色多普勒超声血流检测技术记录建模后2 h内不同时间点实验兔的腹主动脉血流速度(AAFV),并记录腹主动脉旁体温(AAT)、心率(HR)等数据。结果常温组有5只兔子死亡,低温组有2只兔子死亡。与常温组比较,低温组实验兔腹主动脉血流速度约在30 min后明显下降,同时心率及体温也有明显下降,与常温组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温环境对严重创伤的兔腹主动脉血流速度有明显的降低作用,低温环境下创伤后兔腹主动脉血流速度约在30 min后明显下降。 Objective To explore the effect of low temperature environment on abdominal aortic flow velocity in rabbits after severe trauma by ultrasonic testing technique. Methods 30 healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal temperature group and low temperature group, 15 rats in each group. The impact experiment ,resulted the thoracic and abdominal organ injuries (liv- er, spleen), severe trauma model was established. (Within 2 hours, detected the abdominal aortic flow velocity (AAFV), the abdominal aortic temperature (AAT),heart rate (HR) and other data in different times by color doppler ultrasonic blood flow detection tech- nique). Results In the normal temperature group,5 animals died,and two animals died in the low temperature group. The abdominal aortic flow velocity of the rabbits in the hypothermia group was significantly decreased after 30 minutes ,while the HR and body tempera- ture also decreased significantly. Compared with the normal temperature group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The low temperature environment has a significant effect on the blood flow velocity of the abdominal aorta in rabbits with severe trauma. The Abdominal aortic flow velocity of the rabbits in the low temperature environment is obviously decreased after 30 minutes.
