摘要
结合古代文献分析认为,卵巢功能早衰是由于长期思虑过度、纵欲、崩漏等导致肝脾肾受损,冲任渐涸,精血亏竭,病机主要是肾虚、肝郁和脾虚,故应采用补肾、疏肝、健脾"三脏同治"针刺治疗。临床观察结果表明,三脏同治针刺治疗可以明显改善患者临床症状,有助于恢复卵巢功能,无明显副作用。
