狼疮性肾炎中医证型分布特征及演变规律

Distribution characteristics and evolution rules of TCM syndromes of lupus nephritis

目的:研究狼疮性肾炎(LN)中医证型分布特点及演变规律。方法:通过纵向研究73例LN临床病例,于第1,12,24周收集患者的中医证候四诊信息,作出中医证型诊断。运用统计方法,分析狼疮性肾炎中医证型分布及演变规律。结果:狼疮性肾炎病初热毒炽盛证较多,整个24周内脾肾阳虚证、瘀热痹阻证、风湿热痹证均较多。结论:狼疮性肾炎中医证型演变呈现一定的规律。这些规律可为临床治疗提供帮助。

Objective ： To study the distribution characteristics and evolution rules of TCM syndromes of lupus nephritis（LN）. Methods：Through the longitudinal study of 73 patients with LN, the four diagnostic information a- bout TCM syndromes of patients with NL were eolledted in 1 st , 12th and 24th week. The TCM syndromes were di- agnosed. The distribution and evolution rules of TCM syndromes of LN were analyzed statistically. Results： At the beginning of LN, the syndrome of exuberance of toxic heat was more. In the whole 24 weeks, spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, stagnated heat stagnation syndrome and rheumatic arthralgia syndrome were more. Con- clusion ：The evolution of TCM syndromes of LN has certain rules. These rules can provide the reference for clinical treatment.
