婴幼儿喘息患者外周血Th17细胞比例、血清IL-17水平变化及其意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨婴幼儿喘息患者外周血Th17细胞比例、血清IL-17水平变化及其意义。方法选择42例婴幼儿喘息患儿为喘息组(其中哮喘预测指数阳性22例、哮喘预测指数阴性20例),20例同年龄段非喘息性支气管肺炎患儿为非喘息组,20例无肺部感染患儿为对照组。采用流式细胞仪和流式细胞术测算各组患儿外周血中Th17细胞比例,采用ELISA法检测外周血清IL-17水平。结果哮喘预测指数阳性组、哮喘预测指数阴性组、非喘息组、对照组患儿外周血Th17比例分别为14.12%±2.64%、6.18%±1.12%、1.91%±0.93%、0.69%±0.32%。喘息组患儿外周血Th17比例高于非喘息组及对照组(P<0.05)。喘息组哮喘预测指数阳性、阴性患儿外周血Th17比例相比,P<0.05。哮喘预测指数阳性组、哮喘预测指数阴性组、非喘息组、对照组患儿外周血清IL-17水平分别为(180.55±18.12)、(132.56±10.53)、(118.45±8.16)、(85.21±6.03)pg/mL,喘息组患儿外周血清IL-17水平高于非喘息组(P<0.05),喘息组哮喘预测指数阳性、阴性患儿外周血清IL-17水平相比,P<0.05。结论婴幼儿喘息患者外周血Th17细胞比例、血清IL-17水平升高,且与哮喘预测指数有关。检测婴幼儿喘息患者外周血Th17细胞比例、血清IL-17水平有助于预测患者的转归。
