摘要
本文主要介绍了在原有工艺流程和主体设备不做大变动的基础上,不影响氧化铝正常生产的条件下,通过对料浆自蒸发器结构及其进出料方式、冷凝水疏水系统、脱硅机新蒸汽刷锅工艺系统等进行的技术改造,确保了间接加热连续脱硅系统在氧化铝高产情况下稳定运行,主要技术经济指标达到或接近设计值。
Without changing the primary process Procedure and main equipment greatly and non - effect on normal production, the paper described some technical transformation on slurry flasher and its inlet - outlet method,steam trap system for condensed water,new steam brush pan system for desilicating machine etc ,The technical transformation assure the steady operation of indirect heating continuous desilicating system under a high - production condition, and its main technical and economic indexes will anchieve or near to the design value.
