摘要
为更快捷简便地研究毛竹(Phyllostachys edulis(Carr.)J.Houz.)材纤维细胞特性,通过分析毛竹纤维细胞的偏光显微镜图像,对照电子显微镜的壁层结构形貌,提出了一种简单的分类方法。对纤维细胞特征进行定性分析后,依据厚壁层数量将竹纤维细胞分为3种类型,并将侧方纤维帽分为3个区域,统计各类型纤维细胞在各区域内的分布规律。此分类方法可作为一种简单快速的筛选和预判手段,有助于对纤维细胞进行更深层次的研究。
The experiment was conducted to make an easy tryout in the characteristics of bamboo fiber cells research. Polarization light microscope (PLM) images of bamboo fiber cells were analyzed comparing with the morphology of multilayered cell wall structure by field-emission gun scanning electron microscope (FEG-SEM). A simple method of cell classification was proposed to compile statistics of regional distribution of each type of fiber cells, thus lateral fiber caps were divided into three categories and three regions, respectively, according to the number of thick wall layers of each cell.
